Bam! Life Skills kicked into summer overdrive with resident chef Robin Pospisil! This week features cooking methodology and skills for children at many levels. The focus will be on using the great fresh foods of summer to create fantastic dishes that you can pack up and take to the beach, the park, or the backyard for every course of a meal. Students will work daily to prepare appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and, of course, dessert. They will leave the class with recipe books, great skills, and full stomachs.
